Before her current role, Seeley was a Business Account Executive at Spireon Inc., where she was a trusted resource for multi-rooftop buy here-pay here automotive retail dealerships nationwide. Since joining Spireon in 2011, she played a vital role in onboarding new dealerships, providing on-site and virtual training, and resolving complex issues within telematics systems. Her ability to collaborate with cellular and product development engineers during field testing and diagnose backend system challenges ensured seamless product functionality and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, Seeley worked closely with billing teams to ensure accurate payments and order accuracy, delivering a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Seeley’s contributions extended beyond customer support; she represented her firm as a vendor at trade shows, promoting the company’s solutions while assisting current customers with questions and product needs. Her efforts earned her recognition as a member of the Elite Council from 2013 to 2017 and again from 2019 to 2021, showcasing her consistent commitment to excellence.
